Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Magnatrus Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) processes refunds and cancellations for our digital products, software solutions, and technology services. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. General Policy

Magnatrus Technologies LLC provides digital and technology-based services, which are often custom-built or subscription-based. Due to the nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once a service or product has been delivered, activated, or accessed. However, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet commenced or been activated.
  • A duplicate payment was made by error.
  • The digital product purchased was not delivered due to a technical issue attributable to us.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product or service has been accessed, downloaded, or used.
  • The dissatisfaction arises from a change of mind after project initiation.
  • The delay or issue was caused by incomplete information or cooperation from the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service before the commencement of a project or subscription period. To initiate a cancellation:

  1. Send a written request to billing@magnatrustechnologies.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
  2. Include your order number, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
  3. We will confirm receipt and notify you of eligibility within 5 business days.

For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles after cancellation confirmation.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

  • Custom software development projects
  • Consulting and IT support services
  • Digital integrations, setup fees, or one-time configuration services
  • Subscription fees for active service periods

7. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us immediately at billing@magnatrustechnologies.com. We will investigate and work with our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
